Please read the booking, payment, cancellation, and travel rules before submitting your request.
Submitting a booking request through the website does not automatically confirm your reservation. Your request will be reviewed by the Tirhal team, and confirmation depends on availability, payment status, and correct submitted information.
The traveler is responsible for entering accurate name, phone number, identification/passport details, address, pickup point, room selection, seat selection, and selected activities. Tirhal may contact the traveler to verify or complete missing information.
Depending on the selected option, the traveler may choose to pay later, pay 50% deposit, or pay the full amount online. Online payments are processed through the available payment gateway. A booking request related to online payment is only completed after successful payment confirmation.
Trip prices, optional activities, room availability, and seat availability may change based on supplier availability and operational updates. Optional activities are subject to final confirmation by Tirhal and its partners.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the trip date, hotel policies, transportation arrangements, and supplier terms. Any refund request will be reviewed by Tirhal before approval.
Travelers must follow the trip schedule, pickup instructions, safety guidelines, hotel rules, and team instructions during the trip. Tirhal is not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate information or late arrival by the traveler.
